1. Introduction

Blackburn Import & Export Ltda. (CNPJ 24.427.016/0001-43), together with its affiliated company Azia Import in Portugal (collectively referred to as “Blackburn Group”), provides international trade, sourcing, and agricultural commodities export services.

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Blackburn Group operates exclusively as a commercial exporting company.


2. General Use of the Website

The content made available on this website is provided for informational purposes only.

Blackburn Group does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or real-time updating of the displayed information.
By using this site, you agree not to engage in misuse, unlawful activities, or attempt to access areas, systems, or data in an unauthorized manner.


3. Absence of Financial Recommendations

Blackburn Group does not offer, promote, or imply:

  • financial consultancy

All commercial information provided refers exclusively to export operations and may require documentation, verification, and regulatory compliance.


4. Export Compliance & Due Diligence

All export operations conducted by Blackburn Group comply with:

  • Brazilian export laws and regulations

  • European Union commercial legislation and international standards

  • AML/CTF policies (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing)

  • international Sanitary & Phytosanitary (SPS) requirements

  • anti-corruption and commercial ethics standards

Blackburn Group reserves the right to request KYC, KYB, compliance documents, and proof of import authorization before moving forward with any transaction.


5. Shipping & Export Policy

All shipments are carried out in accordance with:

  • Incoterms® (latest edition)

  • applicable customs requirements

  • the importing country’s laws

  • international maritime, air, or land transport regulations

5.1 Shipping Procedures

Products are shipped only after the commercial contract is signed and payment conditions are validated.

Shipping timelines depend on product availability, port conditions, and logistical scheduling.

All export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, Sanitary Certificates, SGS/CCIC inspections when applicable) is issued as stipulated in the contract.

5.2 Transfer of Risk

Risk and responsibility transfer according to the Incoterm specified in the contract (FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, etc.).

5.3 Inspection

Inspections may be performed by internationally recognized entities such as:

  • CCIC – China Certification & Inspection Group

  • SGS

  • Bureau Veritas

  • Other accredited agencies

If CCIC inspection is required by the buyer or destination country, the buyer must notify Blackburn Group in advance so that the proper arrangements can be made.


6. CCIC Compliance

When exportation requires CCIC certification, Blackburn Group will:

  • coordinate pre-shipment inspections when contractually agreed

  • provide cargo access to inspectors

  • supply the buyer with documents related to CCIC verification

Any additional cost, delay, or logistical adjustment arising from CCIC requirements must be previously agreed upon between the parties.


7. Prices, Offers & Market Conditions

All prices and commercial offers are:

  • indicative

  • subject to market fluctuations

  • valid only for the period stated in each quotation

No price shall be considered binding until the formal contract is signed by both parties.


8. Limitation of Liability

Blackburn Group is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by customs authorities, port operations, or external logistical factors

  • market price fluctuations

  • force majeure events

  • results of inspections carried out by third parties (SGS, CCIC, Bureau Veritas, etc.)

The company’s liability is strictly limited to the terms defined in the commercial contract.


9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, and content on this website belong to Blackburn Group and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written authorization.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws for each Blackburn Group entity:

  • Brazilian legislation for Blackburn Import & Export Ltda.

  • European Union and Portuguese legislation for Azia Import

Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the corresponding jurisdiction.


11. Amendments

Blackburn Group reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes made.
